Mahfouzat is a unique system that aims to bridge the gap between archiving documents and observing the rules and regulations for preservation and destruction issued by the Directory of documents and archives and the decrees regulating this. Mahfouzat specializes in managing the document preservation period, transferring them and document disposal, and determining where they are saved in sequence of document, file, box, shelf, cabinet and warehouse, where the barcode of each unit of documents is printed to facilitate the process of stock count, tracking, evaluation, migration and destruction.

The system automatically issues all the tables and reports required by the Directory of documents and archives.
