Wathayiq is a legal database classified for the regulations and laws issued by the various legislative bodies in the Kingdom. The database contains regulatory tools (the term “tools” includes ministerial decisions, royal orders, royal decree, circulations, letters, fatwas…), and legal provisions ( The term provisions includes regulations, rules, instructions, executive regulations, government controls, and others that are issued based on regulatory tools. It is also possible to add procedural manuals, circulars and internal bulletins of the entity using the system. The system is constantly updated to keep pace with technical development and the needs of the digital age.
